ACMI Lease
Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance & Insurance
The operator provides a fully crewed and insured aircraft. You supply fuel, airport fees, and handling charges. Ideal for medium-to-long-term contracts where you need a turnkey solution without operational overhead.
Wet Lease
Complete Operational Package
Similar to ACMI but the lessor also covers fuel and all operational costs. A fully managed solution — you simply fly. Best for short-term needs, seasonal demand, or when you need immediate capacity.
Dry Lease
Aircraft Only
You lease the aircraft without crew, maintenance, or insurance. Your organization provides everything else under your own AOC. Suited for operators who need additional capacity on their own certificate.
Damp Lease
Aircraft + Partial Crew
A hybrid arrangement where the lessor provides the aircraft and flight crew, while you handle cabin crew, maintenance, and insurance. Flexible middle ground between wet and dry lease.
