When I founded Universal Jets in 2018, I set out with a clear conviction: that the Middle East deserved a world-class aviation brokerage built on transparency, safety, and an unwavering commitment to service excellence.
My journey to this point spans nearly two decades across the luxury hospitality and travel industries — from managing high-profile accounts at international hotel groups in France, Abu Dhabi, and Lebanon, to leading commercial operations for a Mediterranean yacht fleet, and ultimately founding a luxury travel management company that served hundreds of VIP clients across the region. Each chapter sharpened my understanding of what discerning travelers truly need: not just a flight, but a seamless experience where every detail is anticipated and every concern is resolved before it arises.
